Molly is a very sweet and loving little lady.  She loves to run—everywhere—from where she is fed grain to go out to hay—in and out to water—with bucking, snorting, and farting all part of it.  When people come out, she loves to be with us and comes up to whomever is out there to be with her—or so she thinks—an "in your pocket" kind of filly.  She's a real pretty gal—now growing and filling out every day.  From the looks of her legs, she will be a TALL gal.  She's one of Son Tec's future brood mares.

Katie is going to be a real beauty.  She has a lot of blue roan on her sire's side.  Katie has a strong Foundation pedigree and will be registered next year.  She’s growing up like a little bulldog – an old-fashioned Foundation quarter horse – just about as wide as she is tall.  Katie likes to pose for the camera.  She is such a dear!

Katie is in training and doing very well.  She needs an intermediate or advanced rider as she is very spunky and athletic. Katie's trainer says she will make an excellent barrel horse.  She's just built for it!  She has plenty of speed and the ability to turn quickly.

Bonnie was raised by Mary Jagow of Verdemont Ranch in Westcliffe, CO.  Bonnie has a wealth of color in her background--blue roans on her sire's side and blue roans and grullo roans on her dam's side. Bonnie goes back to Blue Valentine at least three times, Leo, Oklahoma Star, Music Mount, and Breeze Bar.  Bonnie is so loving and good natured.  We can't wait to see her foals as they will carry that same disposition. We plan to breed her to our stallion Dry Garlic Popcorn and see what they produce.

Nick came out of his dam independent--very different from our fillies! Crystal's always trotting around neighing looking for him. He halters, leads, picks up his feet, loves to be brushed or curried. He is the friendliest foal we have. He is the first to come up to us. He could be a strong roping horse or versatility prospect.

At birth Polly looked like a red dun but now is a dunalino with very distinctive leg stripes and other dun features. She carries both the dun and the palomino gene and will be an 85% color producer. Her dam is Holly and sister is Molly so what could I do but name her Polly? She's gorgeous, tall and leggy like her sister Molly with the same white blaze and snip. I love to watch our youngsters all playing, running up and down the gullies and through the trees. Polly really stands out with her distinctive coloring.

Polly's sire Prince Good Boy goes back to Skipper's King, Skipper W, King of Strings, and Plaudit as well as Fire Brand Reed, a full brother to Leo. Her dam goes back to Sugar Bars, Back Stretch, Music Mount, Leo, and Poco Bueno.

Tippy is all we expected and more. She is a definite 10 as fillies go. She is so gorgeous I can hardly stand it. Tippy was such a weird color at birth--I couldn't tell whether she was black or dark bay or what. Guess I have to get used to these blue roans, which she is definitely turning out to be as Robins Nest Farms said she would. She's big, has an amazing hip, beautiful head and is very agile.

Tippy's pedigree includes Tippy Canoe, Boston Mac, Blondy's Dude, Zantanon, Sugar Bars, Driftwood , Leo and back to King, Plaudit, Skipper W, Old Sorrel, and Grey Badger.
